The Emerald Planet Vulcan Photoelectric Smoke Alarm is an effective model to cover your smoke alarm needs!

The alarm is powered by a 240V hardwired connection for continuous operation, complemented by a replaceable 1-year 9V battery backup. The Vulcan model can be seamlessly interconnected with up to 40 other Emerald Planet brand alarms, either through a hardwired connection or wirelessly via the Emerald Planet Vulcan RF Module (not included). The RF Module also ensures compatibility with other Emerald Planet accessories, such as the Emerald Planet Smoke Alarm Wall Controller (not included).

The Vulcan Model features a test/hush system, enabling you to test the functionality of installed alarms and silence them when false alarming, and will also chirp when its 9-volt battery backup is low on power.
